My original Keurig stopped working during the descale process. I phoned and found the process in receiving a replacement easy. After submitting the required info I received my replace the in 2 days! I was extremely pleased!
This is the third one of these that I have had, I really like it other than the fact that the overload on the heater pops and cuts the coffee maker off after about 5 to 6 months. They have been great to send a replacement right away but I would think their engineers would fix the overload problem instead of constantly sending replacements.
I received a Keurig K-Supreme Plus Single serve coffee maker as a Christmas gift and after 6 months I was having trouble with the digital part of it. They replaced it right away with a new one. Great service!
Bought my Keurig about a year ago. It recently stopped working. Contacted Keurig who had me send a photo and serial number of the broken Keurig to them. Within a week I had a replacement at my doorstep. Didn’t think that happens anymore.

This unit was a warranty replacement for one that failed after 4 months. This morning, the replacement unit acted up but appears to have stabilized. As of now I’m cautiously optimistic.
This single serving Keurig coffee machine is a blessing for our morning routine. I get up first so I use it first and make myself a delicious and quick easy cup of coffee. My husband uses it later when he gets up. It works perfectly every time. Filling the water well is easy. I thought it would be too heavy but it’s not. All in all, a great addition to our kitchen.
