I purchased my Keurig K Supreme Plus in December 2021. I turned on the brewer one morning recently and it would not work. Wouldn’t power on. I called Keurig help line and they asked me a few questions and agreed the brewer was defective and sent me a new replacement since it was still under warranty. Hassle free transaction.
I had a problem with my K Supreme Plus coffee maker that was a few months old. I was very satisfied that Kebrig was able to replace it with a new one in a few days.
My orginal K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker decided not to work anymore. I called the support number and they amazingly sent me a new unit! Gret service.
Bought the original one in October of 2021 love all the features on it. Started acting up in May 2022. Called Keurig went through some quick checks said they would be sending me a new one in 5-7 days Didn't need to send old one back. Very pleased and still love the functions on this coffee maker.
