This is the second machine I’ve had replaced, but the warranty department assured me that it was not something I had done and that I was covered. The new machine was being shipped out immediately and they kept apologizing for my inconvenience. Great customer service, and excellent attitudes and friendly staff. I am sold on the Keurig brand!
I had to get a warranty replacement for my K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker plus because it wouldn't turn back on after I finished the cleaning cycle. I was very pleased with the help I got getting a replacement, which works fine now.
Bought my Keurig in March and had a problem in May with the descaling system and my Keurig was replaced right away. Now I'm back to having great coffee.

My last Keurig was a total failure. We had four consecutive machines that lasted less than a year! The quality was horrid. This latest machine seems to work well, and is obviously built better.
Had issues with a brewer, and since under warranty, I contacted Keurig and a replacement was easily identified and sent. Better than expected turn around for delivery and was able to get back to my coffee very quickly.
