My coffee maker went completely dead. I called customer service and they walked me through several diagnostic procedures that revealed the unit needed to be replaced. They sent me a new unit that is working perfectly. Easy as 1,2,3 as it should be. Thank you.
I have been using Keurigs for over 15 years. I have loved every cup I have made over that time period. I purchased a new one last August and it stopped working a week and a half ago. I called and explained what it was doing. They asked for all my paperwork including my receipt - which I had. I took a picture of everything they asked for and emailed them to Keurig. Four days later I have a brand new Keuring replacement and it works wonderfully. All very GOOD!!!
I purchased a Keurig over a year ago and I loved it!! Unfortunately when I was descaling it, something went wrong with it and it wouldn't work anymore. I called Keurig and they replaced my coffee maker at no cost to me and I received the new one within 3 days!!! Outstanding Company and Customer Service Thank You!!!
Had a problem with our Keurig. Used it twice in 12 months. The last time we tried to use it, it would turn on and then turn-off. Reset did not remedy the problem. Called and spoke with Keurig. Explained situation. Resolved without hassle. New Keurig sent out. Very pleased with the customer service. I am not sure what caused the problem in the first place, but we are back in business with our new Keurig. Thank you!

My replacement supreme plus failed after descaling. It was a week or two after the 1-year warranty but they replaced it anyways. The new one is working well so far and I don’t have so many coffee grounds dropping in my cup, I was filtering the coffee as I brewed it to avoid the coffee ground problem.
