I bought this a month ago and it failed right out of the box. Keurig was very responsible and sent me a replacement right away. So far this one is working like a charm. It’s only been a couple weeks so I hope it continues.

I am waiting on another replacement for the new machine (K-Supreme Plus) that I got as a replacement for the Classic machine that was leaking every time it brews. The brand new machine brewed one very delicious cup of coffee and then stopped working. Tried all trouble shooting steps, only a trickle of water would come out! Very disappointed and I only hope the next machine will work properly. Very surprised that this would happen.
I got this about 2 weeks ago just in time for my sister and brother-in-law came from out of state to stay for a few days. They are serious coffee drinkers and the K-SUPREME PlLUS was great as we all awoke at different times. And so easy to clean.
