We loved our Keurig machine and it died after about 11 months. We were very sad as it was a big part of our morning routine. My husband contacted customer service on a holiday weekend on a Sunday and much to my surprise he was able to connect with a rep for support. Later that week we received a replacement for our unit that died.
The only complaint I have is that I bought the Keurig kit to do the maintenance that the previous coffee maker required and I used it, and then the coffee maker broke down :( , and you did not support to send a maintenance kit for the next time this new coffee maker will require and i just spent my money buying this kit and wasting it on the last coffee maker that broke
I got this as a Christmas gift and it stopped working about 5 months later. I called customer service and we did a few tests and then they shipped me a brand new one at no cost to me! You can't beat service like this. I will always buy Keurig products when I can because this was such a great experience
