This one replace a different model that had daily use for several years. worked great then did not. I completed the check list but still no coffee. ONE phone call and in a few days a new one arrived. That is service!
My machine went kaput and i was disappointed that it didn't last out the year. But I remembered that i had the receipt and i called customer service. It as a Saturday but I got thru pretty quick. The whole process took only afew minutes. I took the pix as instructed and in two days i had new machine !
We loved our Keurig machine and it died after about 11 months. We were very sad as it was a big part of our morning routine. My husband contacted customer service on a holiday weekend on a Sunday and much to my surprise he was able to connect with a rep for support. Later that week we received a replacement for our unit that died.
