Horrible machines. Had two die within a year

I bought my first machine and it lasted less than 6 months before it lost power and wouldn't turn on. It constantly said "Descale" even though I did then it just lost power and died. It took a month and some hoops to jump through, but they sent me another one. Now, 6 months later this one has done the exact same thing. It constantly says Descale right from the start even though it's been thoroughly cleaned and now it's lost power and won't turn on. These machines are cheap so you'd think they'd last longer but to have it happen twice in a row is unacceptable. Never mind the fact that I can't have my much needed coffee and I'm stuck with a bunch of useless Kpods I can't use.I thought Keurig was a good brand?

Save your money

We've used Keurig machines for over a decade, this one doesn't even come close to what we're used to from Keurig. We bought 2 of these about 18 months ago, one was a Christmas gift. The "gift" machine stopped working after 6 months. Keurig replaced after some hoop jumping, but it was a hassle. Now, after descaling, the second machine is "toes up". It will not even power on. Many other reviews with the same issue, very disappointing for a product at this price point. Save your money and pass on this one.

Really slow and does not brew selected size

Had this two days and it's going back to the store. You select 8 oz. and are lucky to get 2. Takes forever and coffee tastes terrible. Last Keurig I had lasted for years and was 10 times faster. This model is terrible.

Good while it lasted.

This machine makes the best tasting single serve coffee out of all the Keurigs we have owned. However, we have gone through two of these K-Supreme Plus machines with the last one over heating while doing a descaling. It continued to heat even when the tank ran out of liquid and started to make a lot of steam before shutting down for good. It was about eighteen months old and these are too expensive to replace that often. It is a shame that we will have to switch to another brand because this new technology makes smoother tasting coffee that we enjoyed a great deal.

Breaks in 11 months every time

I love this machine, but it stopped working within 11 months of using it. I could smell that the motor was burnt. I see the wonderful reviews. I’ve replaced it twice already with warranty. I’m not having any luck with this machine. I love Keurig so this is unfortunate.

Wouldn't buy it again

Bought this coffee maker a few months ago. Worked great for awhile but now it often does not make the coffee although it says it is "brewing." It will shut off normally after a few minutes but there is no coffee in the cup. Reservoir had plenty of water. And you can't lift the lid like the old type of machine and try again when there was only one hole in your K-cup.

Dies before in a year.

This is now my second (2nd) K-Supreme Plus Single serve coffee maker and they both died after starting the Descale cycle...
Just stick with the cheaper versions... these machines are too expensive to end up dying after six months to a year... Not worth it!
