Since January 4, 2021, I have returned 5 K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Makers!
Each has been defective in some way and quite an inconvenience to pack up and return to the store of purchase. This last one I had had it and called the company. I have also called them each time to tell them this latest design apparently has some computer defects. I truly hope the new replacement sent will perform well as did the older models that I have had.

Our Keurig quit working and I called the company. We only had it a few months and I had not sent in registration, but they promptly sent us a new one with very little hassle.
