Great Replacement Process - Not Great Coffee Maker

The replacement process was excellent and quick. We received our new coffee maker within a few days, though it was delivered to the wrong place as they left our actual street address off the label and I had to go pick it up. Luckily the place that received it were honest.
This is the third machine we have had in a year. The first died within the first two months of owning it and the second one died two months before the warranty expired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the Keurig K-Supreme Plus because we were having a regularly occurring issue of the k cup kind of overflowing the pod and making a mess. I was having to poke the exit hole with a paper clip regularly. It has still occasionally happened with this machine but recently it happens almost daily. Seems to happen most after using a Green Mountain half-car k cup. Does anyone else have this problem. I'm finding it pretty annoying to waste a k cup and clean up wet mess on a regular basis. When this coffee maker is working, I love it.

I didn't have my coffee maker long before I just would not turn on...called the customer service line thinking it was a quick fix and 5 minutes later my NEW not refurbished NEW coffee maker was on its way and only took 3 days.
I love my K supreme single serv it is fast and so handy to use. I had a small problem with it and the warranty people was so easy to work with and honestly back there product. Highly recommend it.
I called in and was assisted almost immediately in a professional way. I believe the procedures followed is necessary to prevent false claims. Excellent Service!!!
I bought my Keurig I Dec. 2021. It stopped working in June, 2022. I tried several "fixes" found online, none worked. Called customer service, they had me try a couple of troubleshooting steps, very simple. When these did not work they had me send a couple of photos and processed the replacement. I received an email confirming shipment the same day. Totally satisfied.
