My 6 month old Keurig machine stopped working. After going through troubleshooting steps with fantastic customer service representative and being unable to fix problem, he then walked me through warranty requirements. 3 days later I had a brand new K Supreme machine delivered to my door! Great service!
Larger water tank, smaller profile, better water distribution through the kcups, and quicker heating… what’s not to love. Definite improvements and best yet.

I love the newer coffee maker by Keurg. Coffee taste wonderful. It is great not having to refill the water as often. No mess and brews quickly. Love it.
Bought a K-Supreme Plus single serve coffee maker. I had done a descaling and after the machine would not power up. Called customer service and advised them of the problem. Within 15 minutes and a couple of pictures an order was placed to replace my broken coffee maker.
My Keurig wouldn’t power on and I contacted customer care and after a few attempts of resolving the issue, they sent me a new one! Couldn’t have been happier!
