Our Keurig quit working and I called the company. We only had it a few months and I had not sent in registration, but they promptly sent us a new one with very little hassle.
I was really surprised at how fast my problem was resolved. Within 2-3 days, I received my replacement coffee machine. It has worked flawlessly since. The features are a big improvement over my original machine I have been using for the past 6-8 years. It also make a great cup of coffee.
