Since January 4, 2021, I have returned 5 K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Makers! Each has been defective in some way and quite an inconvenience to pack up and return to the store of purchase. This last one I had had it and called the company. I have also called them each time to tell them this latest design apparently has some computer defects. I truly hope the new replacement sent will perform well as did the older models that I have had.
I bought this coffee a few months ago, and it suddenly stopped working. I called the Customer Service number, and followed the directions that they gave me. Three days later, I had my new coffee maker.
