I have always had a good experience when dealing with Keurig's customer service department. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They honored the warranty on my coffeemaker and replaced it and shipped it at no cost to me.
I have had Keurig machines for a long time and I really love this one the best so far. The features of strength, temp and over ice are wonderful, but the many size options and the 5 hole water percolator is the best. I think it brews way better and worth the money. This is the second one I have had in this model because the first one stopped fully closing after 1 year, however I am more than willing to give it another try because I do love the features (and Keurig has AMAZING customer service so I highly recommend it)!
As soon as my coffee maker stopped brewing, I called customer support. They walked me through all the possible steps to help resolve the issue.Thankfully, the brewer was under warranty, and I received a replacement brewer within a couple of days. Absolutely, the best Customer support team around. I love the company stands by their product. Thank you!
I have had many Keurigs over the years. They've all been great but the K-Supreme Plus is my favorite...so far. I always travel with my Keurig when driving. Customer service is great.
