It replaced one that stopped working. the on button stopped working. after calling and following all directions it was still dead. the company replaced it.
My Keurig was only a few months old when it just quit. Tried everything but no luck. Since it was still under warranty I called Keurig and was told how to request a replacement. Was easy and I had a new Keurig within a week.
When my Keurig had a power failure customer service was wonderful. After all the easy directions we’re followed and submitted the turnaround time was amazing. For anyone that needs a replacement I highly recommend saving purchase receipt.
We bought this coffee maker about a year ago & it recently just stopped working. I called Keurig & the super polite rep helped me with a new coffee maker. These brew an excellent cop of coffee in a quick minute. I will use Keurig coffee makers forever
This is my third one of this model, the first one kept putting coffee grounds in cup, the second one quit working all together. Each time I had no problem whatsoever with getting another brewer. The brewer I have now is working great and I hope it continues to do so.
