We have had many Keurig’s over the years and loved all the new features including this streamlined design. We started having a problem where it wouldn’t brew a complete cup. I called customer service and they asked me to try a few things like running a clean cycle but it did not help. After sending a picture and proof of purchase they shipped me a new unit. It has been wonderful. Great customer service!!
We have had several of these K-Supreme coffee makers. They work well until they stop working. With daily use, it will only last a couple of months before it needs replacing!
We purchased our Keurig at a big box store. I got one cup of coffee from it and after that only drops of water. The Keurig company replaced it but the process was frustrating to say the least. Pictures of the machine (front and bottom) picture of receipt (3 times they claimed they couldn't read it), a handwritten note and FINALLY they approved a replacement. I get it that they can't trust everyone but it was frustrating for sure. We did get a replacement and we love the machine. Great coffee. Quiet and quick.
I bought my first K-Supreme Plus Single Serve coffee Maker on February 26, 2022. The first time I ran the descale program, the server would not restart. I immediately called the company, and after sending all the pictures and info they requested (THREE TIMES), they promptly sent me a replacement maker.
My wife purchased this model for me for Christmas 2021. It great for so gle serve cups. The problem was after running the "descale " operation the descale note did not go away. Prompt replacement was a phone call away. Thank you customer service department.
My Keurig K Supreme Plus stopped working 10 months after I bought it. The customer service team quickly assisted me and they mailed me out a replacement coffee maker right away! Thank you!

Great...but...

Replaced our old Keurig with this. GREAT cup of coffee. The multi-stream feature is great! And 3-1/2 months on, it just died during descaling. A LOT of people are observing this. Keurig clearly has a design problem with this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
