I’ve had one for years…works great. Bought a Supreme Plus as a gift. After 4 months, it was over heating and smoking. Customer service sent me a return label and new replacement within days. Thank you.

Waste of money

I have owned 2 now and both started leaking and losing pressure no matter how much I descale and clean them. I do not recommend

We adore our Keurig so when it suddenly stopped working we were anxious... called Customer Service and a very helpful person talked us through trouble-shooting. When nothing worked, she told us to return it under the warrantee for a replacement. She sent an email with easy instructions, we followed them, and in three days we were drinking coffee from a new machine. Bravo!
My brewer stopped powering up after 7 months of working great. A simple phone call and submitting a couple of pictures was all it took to get a free replacement sent with no shipping charges. I didn't have to come up with the original receipt, and didn't even have to ship the broken brewer back. Great service.
