My kids bought me the single serve K Supreme a year ago and one day it just stopped working. I called Keurig, they sent one out the very same day! I was back to drinking tea within 2 days! Thanks Keurig!
I had a problem with the unit not powering up. The person at Keurig who took my call asked me do a few simple tests in an attempt to diagnose the issue. After his review of the results he told me they would send a new replacement and should arrive in 5- 7 days and it did. I DO recommend this product, they stand behind it.
I was very pleased with replacement service. My recently purchased machine burnt out. I was very disappointed since I just got it and liked it very much. Called and there were most helpful and provided me with a replacement .
I am now definitely someone who cannot do without my coffee every single morning and day of the week thanks to my Keurig. It is so simple and so much more efficient and wonderful. I'm no longer using my French press or any other method because this is perfect for someone like me who prefers to have the same exact thing for a lot less difficulty and that is what the Keurig is for me. It is perfection.
