This is the 2nd replacement for a machine I purchased over one year ago. The original purchase lasted about 3 months; the second one a month. This one so far is working properly. I love the machine but seems the design may not have worked initially and was making the machine unworkable after a short period of time. Let’s hope this one continues to work properly.
First of all , I want to say what a great company Keurig is . I made one phone call , and Juan said we are going to send you a new machine! I was in aw and said ,”Really? “. He gave me the particulars , and after I learned how to send paperwork back, I received my new KEURIG WITHIN A WEEK!! Am thrilled with my new coffeemaker. Thank you
I do not like this brewer at all and am going to call the company about a refund. I've pulled an old Keurig out of the closet that has the original single injection brewing system - that is so much better and much better tasting coffee. Newer is not always better, Keurig!
Our 3 month old Keurig stopped working after it was cleaned. I contacted the customer service department and had no problems getting a replacement Keurig. It was shipped and delivered within 3 days. Great coffee maker and easy to use.
We love the small profile of this Keurig Cup coffee maker. It fits nicely on our limited space countertop. The white color sets it apart and the coffee tastes terrific. When I called the service department they were quick to provide the needed service and advice. This is a quality product backed up by a quality manufacturer
