Broke after a few months

I purchased this a few months ago and it started indicating descale after about 60 brews. I purchased the keurig descale and used it. Indicator came on 5 more times over two months. Finally, it just turned off and doesn’t work. Don’t purchase this model because a family member had the same experience. Other keurig I have had were fine. This model is a no go.

While we generally recommend descaling your brewer every 3 months, customers using water with a higher mineral content may find themselves descaling more frequently. Additionally, if your water does have a high mineral content, you may want to consider using water from a different source. We hope this helps!

It only lasted a month!

We purchased this model after replacing ou less then 2 year old maker which we loved. This one was great… but for only about 35 days before it stopped working.. it wouldn’t power on. Now we wait 3- 7 BUSINESS days before getting a replacement. So, I purchased a 5 cup Mr. Coffee maker while we wait for the replacement, I forgot how good the drip tastes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3rd machine and dead again!!

We have had 3 Kuerig supreme plus machines, 1st never worked at all. Called and Kuerig sent a new one. That one worked a month and quit. Called AGAIN and Kuerig sent a 3rd machine. Haven't had it a year and tonight it quit!! Nothing comes on, checked all outlets and still nothing. Worst unit ever

Very Unreliable

I am waiting for my 3rd replacement unit. They just loose power and will not turn on. Happened to my son's unit to. I am lucky to get 6 months out of a unit. Very disappointing. Makes great coffee, just wish it were reliable

Obviously badly designed

Just ordered the third one of these under warranty. The first two worked great for about the first 6-8 months. Then it started making Little (2 or less cups each time) the quit making coffee completely. The last one worked great for 6 - months, then quit getting power completely. There is very obviously something wrong with this design. As long as they replace it under warranty I will keep having them send a new one to me.

worst ever

Had it for a month it would brew 3 oz even if you put it on 12 oz. quit working all together. no light, no nothing. The worst coffee maker I have ever owned.

Stopped working

I've had this coffeemaker for only a week and it has stopped working...went to the troubleshooting section and tried the suggestions there but still...doesn't work and now I'm out alot of $$$$. Very disappointed.
