Our 3 month old Keurig stopped working after it was cleaned. I contacted the customer service department and had no problems getting a replacement Keurig. It was shipped and delivered within 3 days. Great coffee maker and easy to use.
We love the small profile of this Keurig Cup coffee maker. It fits nicely on our limited space countertop. The white color sets it apart and the coffee tastes terrific. Doing a descaling on my K-Supreme as I had done a number of times before but this time handle was really HOT and unit tripped the temp sensor, thought it would cool down and work but it didn't. Contacted supported and they knew of the issue, helped me troubleshoot and then said it needed to be replaced. Sent the paperwork I needed and in two weeks I had a replacement unit.
