I bought my K-Supreme Plus two years ago. My coffee maker broke when I was descaling It. It was not under warranty any more. I called the company and they sent me a new coffee maker at no charge. Thank you.
I was frustrated after only six weeks of use when the coffee maker quit working. The customer service specialist worked closely with me in patiently until we resolved a quick replacement and I was very happy with the service provided.
Before K supreme plus I had a cheap single cup coffee maker that work for 11 years flawlessly, so after it broke down I did some research and bought a Keurig K-Supreme, for four months I couldn’t be happy happier are some coffee works great then all of a sudden broke down, simply stop working, Long story short, Keurig definitely try, POLITELY, brush me off, but after about 3 1/2 weeks later I did receive the brand-new one for free, to be fair, this machine makes AWESOM coffee.
My keurig was a Christmas present. After 4 months, I descaled my machine and it quit working. However after contacting Keurig customer service and explained what happened, they were so quick to resolve my problem and replace my machine with a new one. I am so excited to still be able to use a Keurig everyday!!
