I've tried many different Keurig's over the years and this one is THE best do far. I've also tried different brands from cheap to not so cheap. This K Cup Supreme Plus makes the coffee the richest.
I purchased my Keurig in August 2021 and it stopped working in April, 2022. I could not be more pleased with the ease of the process of getting it replaced. Customer service was outstanding.
Had my original K-Supreme Plus for about 9 months and it quit working, called customer service and sent back my old coffee maker and they replaced it immediately. Perfect
My new K supreme Plus had an electric problem. Wouldn't run anymore. Only had 3 months. It was painless to have the warranty replace my product. I am so happy again as I love this product.
Keurig was extremely helpful in replacing my K-Supreme. I bought 8 months ago, they helped me through the process and send me a replacement right away.
