I love having my coffee the perfect temperature and strength. I was upset when my original purchase suddenly failed to work after just two weeks. Keurig rapidly replaced my coffee maker and my morning was once again perfect. I also love the new sleek design.

I bought a upgrade in December and 3 months later had a problem. I called Keurig they had a new one sent to me the next day. I call that a fast replacement, you can't get any better than that.
We love our Keurig. The coffee has a great taste, and I love the iced tea/coffee feature. After 10 months, it stopped making 12 ounce size so I called customer service for suggestions. The person I talked to listened and asked questions and told me I will get a replacement. Within a week, I got a new machine and it works perfectly. Thank you Keurig!
