We appreciate your feedback. The K-Supreme Plus coffee maker will start brewing within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and normal brewing time is up to 3 minutes depending on the size and strength selected. We hope this is helpful!

De-scaling Problem

I throughly enjoy my morning coffee with the new multi brew system. However the de-scaling process still remains a problem, and has been going back two Supreme Plus machines. While following Keurig de-scaling instructions, on completion, descaling alert fails to go off, thus resulting in my current warranty replacement. Should it re-occur with current machine, I will be forced to search for a another type of brewer.
