My new K supreme Plus had an electric problem. Wouldn't run anymore. Only had 3 months. It was painless to have the warranty replace my product. I am so happy again as I love this product.
Keurig was extremely helpful in replacing my K-Supreme. I bought 8 months ago, they helped me through the process and send me a replacement right away.
I've been purchasing coffee makers from Keurig for a number of years now, and I can say that they make the best coffee. Comparable to popular coffee shop coffee in my opinion, and a lot less expensive, too. This particular machine fits nicely on my limited-space counter and has several settings for making my coffee just right. I need to also add that Keurig stands behind its product. A few of my machines have had some issues where I needed to replace the entire machine before the warranty expired, and Keurig replaced it at no cost. That's what I call service. Thank you.
This style is not one of their best products. I have had keurig machines for the last 10 years and this particular style has burnt twice in a month. Very strange. I dont know if all the machines are going down in quality but this one is expensive and very slow and the display keeps turning off and its new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I keep getting coffee grounds in my coffee…

I bought this to replace an original keruig. And I continue to get coffee grounds in it. No matter what I try to do to get them to not.

If you are getting grounds in your cup after brewing, it could mean that coffee grounds may have gathered in the exit needle of your Keurig brewer. I bought Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker 9 months ago, and it stopped working (no electrical), however, the company did send me instantly “Warranty Replacement.” I’m very pleased with the customer service. I just like the design. It looks chic.
