Original failed after six months. After a brief phone conversation to verify the failure, I was sent replacement instructions. The new coffee maker arrived within a week. Thank you Keurig for standing behind your products. BTW: always register your products.
I called customer service to ask for assistance on my keurig supreme after descaling as it was not turning on. Juan provided the best customer service walking me through the steps on how I can obtain the warranty replacement since I bought my coffee machine seven months ago. We bought out Supreme Plus a few months ago. It worked great, then all of a sudden, it started giving us 2oz of coffee instead of the requested 12 oz. Cleaning and descaling didn’t make a difference Keurig replaced the unit and the new not started doing the exact same thing. Both units are back in their box.
Great customer service. The latest Keurig I own was a gift and when I had an issue with it, it was replaced without issue. Within a week, I was enjoying my coffee once again.
