I enjoy my coffee maker very uuch and use it frequently. Mine broke and I called and was sent a replacement immediately - very impressed with the customer service !

This is probably my third Keurig machine. I love them and for the most part they last quite a long time. This machine is super easy to use and my coffee always taste great.

The replacement for my K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker arrived. To our surprise the replacement did not heat our coffee any better than the first one. VERY Disappointed
Last year I splurged and upgraded to the K-Supreme. However, it stopped working after only 4 months. I called Keurig and was plesantly surprised to talk to a live person who took me through the trouble shooting process without sucess. She said we're sending you a new coffee maker and the shipping is free. That's what I call "standing behind" your product. Thank you Keurig!
I have it in my Airbnb and everyone loves it. When I had an issue with the unit the company stood behind their product and made it right. Very pleased with The product and the company.
