Looks AMAZING!

I bought this brewer about a year ago because of the multi-stream technology. The brewer worked great for about three weeks. I have the descaled this Brewer religiously twice a month every since we’ve bought the machine. About a month after we bought it it came up showing to de-scale. We descaled the machine again, with no change. We still continue to descale twice a month, with the descale light staying lit. Now the machine will just barely trickle water out and I am very disappointed in this machine. I am not a rich person and do not have money to be buying one of these machines every two or three months. The last machine I had lasted over five years. The person I gave it to still uses it daily with no problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought one it last about 3 months. It was replaced with a new one. About 2 months now it has broken. I have used this name brand for years, but this model doesn't do well.

Will not turn on anymore!

This was a gift I received from my parents. It worked flawlessly for over a year. Today it not power on at all. Sad because it was a great coffee maker until it died.

Lasted less than 3 months!

Never again would I buy this machine. Total waste of money lasted a little under 3 months. Would give it negative stars if I could. Before I suddenly stopped working….the coffee was needing to be warmed up a few seconds in microwave every time.

Great Coffee When It Works

We bought this coffee maker in 2020 and have had it a little over a year. The coffee is great - but it is so unreliable. It worked well for about the first 6-8 months - then started having issues. I descale it often (as it requests), I replace the water filters often, I clean out the entry and exit needles, etc. But it sometimes does not brew or brews a tiny amount. If you retry a couple of times, it finally works. Lately it has asked to descale almost every day. From reading other reviews, this product is flawed and not reliable.

Worst Coffee Maker

I got so tired of the splatters all over my countertop I went back to using my Elite. The footpront on this is so weird looking and it gets no stronger or hotter then my elite. Coffee grounds always in my coffe. The descale light will not go off even after sescalung and doing everything every site recommended. Not a good purchase for me. I absolutely do not like it at all.

THE WORST!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is the worst single-serve coffee maker we ever had!!! We had three of these mal-perfomed on us in one year!! I don't understand why they kept breaking down as we maintained them as the instructions stated. When they were working it made a decent cup of coffee
