We bought out Supreme Plus a few months ago. It worked great, then all of a sudden, it started giving us 2oz of coffee instead of the requested 12 oz. Cleaning and descaling didn’t make a difference Keurig replaced the unit and the new not started doing the exact same thing. Both units are back in their box.
Great customer service. The latest Keurig I own was a gift and when I had an issue with it, it was replaced without issue. Within a week, I was enjoying my coffee once again.
I recently put this replacement in service and have used it now for most of a week. It is performing well most of the time but did give a couple short cups following a fresh fill of the tank. That was the beginning of problems with the one that I just replaced so has me a bit cautious about giving a glowing review until it establishes a track record of delivering the requested amount of coffee consistently.
Recieved our new Keurig Brewer as a gift. It worked successfully for 2 months and then died. Contacted Keurig with the information and was pleased to receive a replacement within a couple of weeks.
This was a Christmas gift to me and it did not last a year and I don't use it even once every day. I would have to say this was the most disappointing thing. When I called, after taking pictures of the serial number etc., they sent a replacement immediately. My only concern is, what if this replacement doesn't even last me, as I would expect, several years...this also happened to my friend who also received one as a gift at the same time.
