We love our new K-Supreme Plus. It has every modern feature one could ask for. The water pitcher is so functional and so much easier to use than prior models. We can select size, different temps, and the coffee tastes fantastic. Will definitely buy again.
My Keurig stopped working, just wouldn't power on. This item was a gift and it was less than 3 months old. I called Customer Service. The rep went through a few short troubleshooting steps and immediately started the process for a replacement. The process was quick and painless. I was prepared for the worst but was pleasantly surprised.
Not sure how to rate this, it is only a few weeks old. The original coffee maker did not last 7 months, so I will hold off rating this replacement. I am hoping to have better results, but only time will tell. Ask me again in a year.
Our first Keurig k-cup machine recently stopped working. I called customer service to report the issue. They were professional and friendly and in a few steps i had a new machine on its way covered by their product warranty. They were awesome!
This is a replacement of a prior one that went out in just two months. I'm hoping this one will last a lot longer. In addition, I had purchased 2 descaling solutions and of course used one when the unit went haywire and am disappointed that one was not included with the replacement-In talking with Arie? he had said he would check into it.
