This is a replacement of a prior one that went out in just two months. I'm hoping this one will last a lot longer. In addition, I had purchased 2 descaling solutions and of course used one when the unit went haywire and am disappointed that one was not included with the replacement-In talking with Arie? he had said he would check into it.
I have always purchase keuring coffee makers, and always very satisfied with the purchase. but lately I was having problem with the k supreme but they were Able to stand by their products and solve the solution very happy customer. I even purchase the latest machine that makes latte and cappuccino and we love it, we dont travel without our Keurig
This is a warranty replacement and K has the best customer service and process. We love this K coffee maker in our house. Especially the strength and temp selections with feature to save per user. I also really like the almost instant ready to brew, no more waiting for things to warm up. And my wife likes that is is so much quieter than the older coffee makers. Thank you K for a great product and standing behind them!
Warranty replacement process was excellent. Our K-Supreme plus died after less than four months use. We are a couple in our seventies so machine did not get a heavy workout. We have had the replacement for about a week now and it is working super so far. We are impressed how well the replacement process went and the timeliness.
