We enjoyed our K Supreme coffee maker and hated when it quit working But thanks to your customer service people promptly sending us a new replacement we’re back in business
I had the best warranty experience ever with Keurig. I simply called customer service and explained that my Keurig was not producing the correct amount of ounces. The service rep asked me a few questions and even set up my registration account. He explained that my device was still under warranty and would be replaced. He told me to be expecting an email informing me to reply with my receipt copy. I called on a Sunday. Received the email on Monday. New Keurig was shipped Tuesday and the new device was on my doorstep on Thursday. Super fast and no hassle.
I am truly amazed at the customer service response from Keurig. Spoke to a representative, followed their instructions and received a new replacement unit VERY quickly.
Previous unit FAILED after cleaning. Recommend to all, DO NOT do the standard cleaning, but just run thru with cleaning solution or vinegar. NO PROBLEM!!
