Received replacement k-supreme plus from warranty. I have had the add water light come on once when water was full. Shut off and tried again and it worked. The first maker kept shutting off and/or add water light was on. I sure hope this does better!
I purchased my coffee maker last year and it stopped working within 6 weeks of the warranty expiration. I contacted Keurig and they sent a replacement for free. It arrived in 2 days. Thank you.
We just love our Keurig! The things I love about it versus my drip coffee maker are that it is so much easier to get a cup first thing in the morning or anytime. There is no mess by carafes that spill or messy coffee grinds. We would also have a hard time judging how much to make, so we often wasted coffee and it would get bitter sitting on the warmer. With my Keurig there is no mess, waste or bitter coffee.plus when we did have an issue we found their Customer Service to be great.
Easy to fill and programmable and provides the right temperature and taste!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smells and tastes like burning plastic

They sent me a replacement after my new keurig died within a month. My replacement keurig makes our beverages taste like burning plastic! No matter how much I clean it it won’t go away! So disappointed!!
My one year old keurig broke during the de-scaling process. I called and got a very nice agent that was willing to help me. Since it was a few weeks past one year warranty, I didn’t think they would replace it. He did replace it for me and shipped it out super fast. Received it in two days.
