My warranty had expired the previous month. The descale light wouldn't turn off and the maker was replaced with a new one. Works great and the customer support was top notch.
This is my second warranty replacement unit in less than a year. I don’t know what is going on with Keurig but I have had a bad experience. Units just stop working.
I love this coffee pot and Keurig customer service. My coffee pot made a smaller size than the button I requested. I contacted Keurig and they sent me a new machine. Great company and will buy from them again.
