I bought the K-Supreme Plus less than a year ago. It was under warranty when it failed so I notified Keurig. They were easy to work with and I received a replacement in less than a week!! Very pleased!
My Keurig K plus supreme suddenly died last week, contacted Keurig as it was still under warranty. I could not be any happier with the curtesy I was given and the quick response. Keurig completely replaced my old machine at no cost to me.
I bought this two years ago and worked fine. It made very good strong, hot coffee. Recently as I descaled this machine, the descale message would not go away even after repeating process two more times. It also started to randomly shut off the circuit breaker for that outlet.
I love my Keurig K Supreme Plus. The descaler light came on each time I started it. I called the service department and they sent me a new one without any hassles.
