I was having trouble getting this model to power on. After a quick run through over the phone to check some things the representative said they would just replace the unit. The brand new replacement came quickly and seems to be working well so far. Very pleasant experience overall.
I just received my replacement Keurig plus and it's not working properly. I have a kuerig I purchased 10 yrs ago works perfectly. New model is just a lemon.
I bought a K-Supreme Plus in November of 2021. When I went through the process of descaling it in March 2022 it quit and work not power on. The company replaced it after receiving the proper information showing the purchase date. Great experience.
