Smells and tastes like burning plastic

They sent me a replacement after my new keurig died within a month. My replacement keurig makes our beverages taste like burning plastic! No matter how much I clean it it won’t go away! So disappointed!!
My one year old keurig broke during the de-scaling process. I called and got a very nice agent that was willing to help me. Since it was a few weeks past one year warranty, I didn’t think they would replace it. He did replace it for me and shipped it out super fast. Received it in two days.
First off, years ago they should have added the handle to the reservoir. That’s a huge plus. I’ve asked for larger cup sizes since the wonderful Plantium model. Atleast up to 12oz now on this which is great, still hoping for a 16oz size. Love the temp control but best feature I think is the multiple piercers for the k cups. I truly feel they enhance the flavor as opposed to the single puncture. Plus so far I haven’t had any exploding pods. Very very pleased with this new model.
Orig. purchase 4/21. error. descale. descaled, error message would not cease. Descaled again, same result. Called manufacturer, was told it was out of warranty. Had to contact seller for copy of orig. sales receipt before replacement would be sent. Found receipt dated almost 1 year to the day. sent copy in, received replacement within a week. Great service! (still do not understand seller selling out of date warranty merchandise.) New K supreme Plus working fine. Remains to be seen as to issue with descaling when it is time to do so. Makes excellent coffee.
This is my first kuerig and I love the ability to make a single cup vs a whole pot so I can have several different flavors and my daughter loves it as well she makes a lot of iced coffees with the over ice button.
Our coffee machine stopped working properly. The customer service department made it very easy to trouble shoot the problem. Ultimately, we were unable to repair it so a new coffee machine was sent. We received the new replacement coffee maker in less than a week. Great service!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love it because of its ease of use but the coffee was to strong for me…i did divided the cups into 4 parts and that was the perfect coffee for me
