After three months, the advise: Descale your pot lit up. So I followed the directions and apparently it was too much for the overload reset in the maker. I called and almost effortlessly Keurig shipped me a new one. Recommend that they advise that when descaling you only do 1/2 of the water container at a time, not to overheat the unit. One negative, if you only want hot water, good luck as we always get some coffee grounds in a cup of hot water. Other than that, great product.
The new Keurig Coffeemaker is now our favorite! We created a coffee station for it, and everything is just the way we want it! This company has the best customer service of any we have ever experienced.
The coffee maker for the most part is great. I do find on certain Kcups if I increase temp or strength the cup will break apart on 2nd brew of same Kcup. I usually do 12 ounces and then 4 ounces.
