I bought the K-Supreme Plus to replace a 3 year old Keurig that was dying. I am so impressed, it is faster, quieter, and makes a better cup with less mess.

Had two. Both quit working after just months

Avoid this model. I purchased two approximately four months apart and both quit working after displaying descale messages (even after properly descaling the machine) and abruptly just turning off. I love Keurig brewers and pods, but the K-Supreme Plus is to be avoided.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No power

First coffee maker died in 6 months, no power at all, called support and they sent a replacement unit. Now 6 months later the replacement unit lost power. guess its built for 6 months, what a shame

Good Coffee Maker except...

This would have been a 5 star review except for the horrendous Descale process. First you get an annoying "Descale" announcement and then it really goes downhill. It starts with pushing and holding 2 different numbers and then gets more confusing. I'm ready to toss this coffee maker just to escape the descale monster.

Doesn't last more than 8 months.

We are on our 3rd warranty replacement. Out gives the "descale" message and then after multiple descale sessions, it still won't brew a full cup if we use any favorite setting, full strength, or high temperature. It has to be medium temp, medium strength and then it brews a normal cup. Every 6-8 months, this happens. I'm pretty tired of it. I want my old cheap Keurig back because it worked like a champ for 3 years.
Now, this Brewer makes a REALLY good cup of coffee. So I was ok with replacing the first one since, you know, things happen. But this is our third, and my parents ALSO are on their fourth Keurig K-Supreme Plus since we bought them at the same time.
Come on Keurig. Please fix this thing.

Im a coffee lover and have always been disappointed in the quality of single brew coffee makers until now. This new machine from Keurig makes a great cup of coffee thats hot and plenty of good flavor. Not a water down cup of hot water.

Add water and inconsistent output problems

within the last month, I ordered 3 of these. One for me, one I sent to my daughter and the third I have unopened as an intended gift to my sister.
From the very beginning, it kept reading “add water” even when it was just below the max line, Keurig reps were not able to help. Kept trying, opening and closing lid as that is the only way it works, and on about the 10th time, was able to get the 8oz cup of test water. So, I kept the machine. Some mornings Worked great. But then there were mornings when it would give about 2oz of water (programmed for 10), and stop as if it was finished. Destroyed many kcups this way, wasting money. On these days, I gave up and used my Illy machine to make espresso! Gave away a very old Keurig that worked perfectly when I purchased the Supreme Plus. So far, my daughter said hers is working fine. The other two are going back. There is obviously an issue with the machine detecting water levels and consistent output. So disappointed
