The current kuerig that failed under warranty is the second high end unit to fail prematurely. I was under the impression that the newer more reliable Smart Kuerig would be a better replacement

I had a problem with my Supreme Plus coffee maker and called tech support. We were unable to solve the problem and because it was still under warranty they shipped me a new brewer! This was such a great experience both the tech support and Keurigs honoring their warranty claims!

I had some issues w/ my Keurig. I tried to fix myself w/ no luck.
I called the 800 number and received the best help and with a lot of patience with me they decided the issues was NOT fixable. The sent me a new Keurig.
The fella on the phone was AMAZING!!!
