After having my Keurig supreme plus for several months and all of a sudden just quit brewing. After a brief conversation explaining what had happened, a replacement Keurig was being sent. I will say the new supreme plus is very attractive but I’m wondering if it is made as well as the previous model. Nevertheless, very pleased with the way Keurig stands behind their product.
My husband is a fan of Keurig coffee makers. His last purchase was fall of 2021. That coffee maker only lasted 5 months. I contacted the company and within 2 weeks had replacement. In this day and time that kind of customer service is rare. I highly recommend this coffee company.
The current kuerig that failed under warranty is the second high end unit to fail prematurely. I was under the impression that the newer more reliable Smart Kuerig would be a better replacement
Purchased our Keurig less than a year ago, stopped working. Chatted with the Keurig customer service and had a new replacement even better within two weeks
I had a problem with my Supreme Plus coffee maker and called tech support. We were unable to solve the problem and because it was still under warranty they shipped me a new brewer! This was such a great experience both the tech support and Keurigs honoring their warranty claims!
I received my Keurig K supreme plus as a gift and just loved it. Then it just stopped working and I called and a new coffee maker was sent out immediately. It was so easy and the customer service was excellent. Thank you!
I had some issues w/ my Keurig. I tried to fix myself w/ no luck. I called the 800 number and received the best help and with a lot of patience with me they decided the issues was NOT fixable. The sent me a new Keurig. The fella on the phone was AMAZING!!!
I bought this keuig in December and it stopped working in March called keuig and they replaced it with no hassle. Way to go keuig. There service is top rate.
