This is the third unit we got due to the first two not working correctly. Customer Service was FANTASTIC each time. This unit is working well so far (2weeks). We like the feature to set up automatic brew setting. Ours is the boldest and hottest. Only complaint at this time is that the brew cycle takes a long time. At least two minutes. Other than that coffee tastes great!!
We already had this model of Keurig but after a few months it would not power on. I called Keurig and they responded immediately. We are very pleased with the coffee maker and the Keurig company’s customer service.
Bought a new Keurig to replace one I’d had for close to 10 years…had “Descale” message issues with my new machine, I’m on replacement #2 now and am hoping for the best. I really enjoy the convenience of these brewers and am hoping the one I just received will last a long time.
