We already had this model of Keurig but after a few months it would not power on. I called Keurig and they responded immediately. We are very pleased with the coffee maker and the Keurig company’s customer service.
Bought a new Keurig to replace one I’d had for close to 10 years…had “Descale” message issues with my new machine, I’m on replacement #2 now and am hoping for the best. I really enjoy the convenience of these brewers and am hoping the one I just received will last a long time.
My machine just stopped turning on. But I called customer service and the reps were friendly and helpful. Very easy and hassle free. Took a about 2 weeks to get replacement from initial request. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time this has happened to two different machines. Hopefully, this one will last!
First, let me rave about the fantastic customer service I received when I called to get assistance with my original Kuerig! They replaced it without a hitch after attempting to help me troubleshoot! However, this machine seems to be struggling a bit, is much louder than the initial one I had, and seems to not drip out of all the holes with a steady stream. I'm not sure what's going on but for now, I'm giving it time to settle in and hoping for the best, enjoying the eventual cup of coffee that shows up! ;)
My family members have had various Keurig brewers for years. While cleaning my 84-year-old father’s machine for the first time it stopped working. I called customer service and was honored to speak with Lynn. She walked me through the troubleshooting process but clearly nothing worked. Since the machine was still within the warranty period Lynn helped me know how to send it back. Within 7-10 days my Father received a brand new replacement brewer!! We are so very thankful!
I bought my Kurig a few months ago. The descale indicator went on and I followed instructions on how to descale. The machine did not come out of descale mode. I called customer service, a new machine arrived 3 days later
