Love this machine for my morning coffee!!! Have given it as presents to family members and friend. They are all very happy also. The only thing that is a bit uncomfortable is the descaling and how often it has to be done. Other than that, I would not buy any other coffee machine than this one!
Recently, I needed to call for warranty support on my Keurig coffee maker and after a few diagnostic questions, I was told a warranty replacement would be shipped right away! It arrived faster than I expected and I'm very happy with the whole Keurig warranty service experience. Thank you Keurig!
I received my Keurig for my birthday. I love it! I can have a cup of coffee anytime I want without having to make a whole pot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We received the warranty replacement in Dec2021. The customer service and response time were incredible. It is only 3 months since the replacement and the machine is down again. It will not turn on. We love the machine, but we are a small office and it is not overused. Maybe 4-5 times a day if that. I have a basic Keurig at home and have had it for years without any issue. I am really surprised with this higher-end model that we continue to have problems.
Have had for a while. Sent a replacement since other was having slight issues. Warranty was a breeze. New machine works great. Customer Service was great.
My coffee maker lost all power and function. I called in and got immediate trouble shooting support but didn't fix the problem. After supplying the necessary information they sent me a replacement u it quickly Very satisfied with their service
This is a wonderful, streamlined coffee maker. I like that it has three favorite settings on the top. You set the brewer to your personal strength setting as well as heat. Put your pod in. Hit your number and start. It has iced coffee feature as well. The only drawback is there is no designated hot water button. It is very quiet and holds a lot of water without taking so much space!
I would recommend this to a friend!
