I absolutely love my Keurig coffee maker! I use it daily before going to work every morning! I also gave my cousin my older machine which he uses every day. Keep up the fantastic work in making such a great machine!
It rare to find a company that back their products like Keurig does. I bought my maker six to nine months ago, and failed to register it. Two weeks ago it failed on a Wednesday. Thursday morning I emailed then called th Keuriq help line as directed by the email reply. By that Saturday I had a new maker. I consider this Outstanding customer service!
I called on a Saturday to report an issue with my Keurig single serve. After determining the machine was malfunctioning, it took less than four days to replace my K Supreme Plus with a new one. Great employees and great company.
I purchased a coffee maker less then a year ago I unplugged it for 2 month while we were doing a home remodel when I plugged it back in it would not work at all I called customer service and they were amazing they replaced my machine made it super easy im very pleased keurig has a customer for life
Excellent , we give these as gifts, we have a couple in our home. Just once have we had a problem. Last month our latest purchase (Sept. 2021) stopped working. We got in touch wi customer service OUTSTANDING and were sent a new Keurig.
