I’ve always had a Keurig! My last one was 10 years old and still was an A+! I wanted to downsize, and this one seemed perfect. I was very excited! Full stop. Whatever grade of plastic they are using, or the processing of it leaves an unpleasant plastic taste in the coffee. I followed ALL the directions that came in the manuals, AND went online to learn other ways to get rid of the plastic taste to no avail. After more than 40 cups of coffee I gave up. I received this replacement and tried again. Same results. I’m really disappointed, and I’m drinking instant coffee while I search for another coffee maker. I’m sure sorry I gave away my old Keurig!

I am on my 3rd machine, this machine has some sort of design flaw for the descale process as it continues to lock up on that cycle. Let me state Keurig customer service has been amazing and replaced each machine. But I still have had three stop working in that descale process. I am opting out of this model for the replacement. I will miss its lovely space-saving design. But going back to the old model counter hoggin style in the hopes it has a longer shelf life.

Love the features. I had a VUE model for several years and loved the large size options up to 16oz. I don’t miss that with this machine. I love the program feature and pushing just one button then start. Highly recommended
