This is a wonderful, streamlined coffee maker. I like that it has three favorite settings on the top. You set the brewer to your personal strength setting as well as heat. Put your pod in. Hit your number and start. It has iced coffee feature as well. The only drawback is there is no designated hot water button. It is very quiet and holds a lot of water without taking so much space!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was a painless as could be with very quick turnaround. I provided the necessary info and my claim was process. I received my replacement in less than a week.
Love this coffe maker. Love the option for stronger and hotter cup of coffee. The 4 oz option is great. If you like coffee ..... this is the one tonget

A K-Supreme-Plus purchased in November failed after descaling in March and could not be re-set. That shouldn’t happen, but Keurig sent a replacement right away under warranty, arriving in 4 days. It should be redesigned with an accessible re-set button, but we are happy with the replacement and hope this one doesn’t fail.
When a replacement was needed, the representative with whom I spoke on the phone was understand and efficient. The replacement arrived in good order and swiftly.
this is a replacement for a defective unit. I realize that it's not only the best... it is the BEST !

This is our third keurig and have loved their machines. Really unsure how to rate, we’ve had this model for a year, style, features and almost everything else I’d give it 5 stars, but what matters most is making coffee and since the beginning it basically quits making cups after 5-6 cups, then the next day we’re good again, it’s like it gets overheated and will only give you 3-4 ounces at a time and for this I give it 0 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
