This is much better than the first generation one which I had. me and my husband absolutely love it.

I've been brewing some of the best cups of coffee since I've had the K Supreme plus. Even my husband and daughter notice the difference. Not too many coffee makers offer 4 oz to 12 oz cups which helps for a good strong cup or iced coffee. To top it off, you can save your brews: Some for iced coffee, some for latte etc. I am even getting spoiled by having my pods shipped automatically . Great features Keurig...Thank you.

I still love my Keurig!

We purchased the new Keurig to replace our older model. The coffee is hotter and stronger which is fabulous for our morning routine. Unfortunately there are still problems when a pod overflows and coffee grounds are everywhere. Any suggestions? What did I do wrong, because no one has time for such a clean up when getting ready for work. Hence the 4 star rating because we have had this problem with our other Keurigs at work and home.
I really like that you have three different settings for strength and temperature. However, I have not really noticed much of a temperature difference in the three different settings. As for the strength, that one is difficult for me to judge, as well. What I do really like is the larger water reservoir and the speed with which brewing occurs. Its almost immediate.

Nice features but does not last

I bought my first K-Supreme Plus about 6 months ago. I loved the big reservoir and features. The first one died unexpectantly about 2-3 months after purchase. Just routine home use of 3-4 cups/day. After an annoying call to Keurig they replaced it for free. Well, the second one just died after 3 months. I hope they'll replace it with a cheaper and more long lasting model but I doubt it.

Messy!!!

This coffee maker makes a MESS!!! While the coffee is dripping into the cup it splashes on everything around it. I have to wipe off the counter, the machine and the handle of the mug Every Time I use it. This happens with every type of mug/disposable cup except a tall travel mug that sits close to the top of the machine. I thought I had a defective machine but Keurig sent me another and it is exactly the same. Everything else about the machine is fine but the splashing is a Major Design Flaw and a major pain in the butt!!!

A Complete Waste of Good Money

Had this about 6 weeks, coffee smells great but tastes awful. Simple reason, they quietly replaced some metal parts with plastic. It will wear out quicker, and effects taste. Thankfully I went back to my old duo, and put this one on a shelf. Not worth my time or effort playing with this thing

I bought this almost a month ago and really love some of the new features such as the saved settings- I use one for my coffee preference, one for my husband’s, and one for the run 4oz plain water to clean it out each morning. My coffee also has a lot more flavor than my previous Keurig 2.0. Really liking this one!
