I purchased my third Keurig Coffee Maker. Have always been very pleased with the unit and I'm on an auto fill for coffee grind. Extremely happy with the selection. My last unit stopped when attempting to run the cleaning cycle. I called Keurig and they recommend a replacement unit and when I supplied the serial number on the machine and proof of sale they sent a new unit within the week. Premium company to deal with. Thanks
This is my 3rd supreme plus coffee maker...one original..two warranty replacements. When (not if) this one quits working, I plan on just asking for a refund. It just randomly stops mid cup and never turns on again. It also "spits" coffee all over the counter.
I was really bummed when my Christmas gift decided to quit working but calling the help desk and getting replacement sent was quick and easy! The service rep was helpful and kind.
Thank you Keurig! My Keurig wouldn't power on so I called customer support. I was immediately able to talk to a real person and they solved my problem by replacing my machine. I will always buy Keurig brand because I can trust their products.
