This is a replacement as the computer component on my original Keurig (which was only a year old) decided to act up. This is by far the best Keurig of all the models….largest water reservoir and not as wide on the counter.
This was a replacement for a K-Supreme Plus that was not even a year old. The process was easy, representative was super helpful. New brewer works excellent. The one it replaced wasn’t even producing the correct sized cups before it stopped working. Highly recommend the one I have now.
My Keurig would not turn on anymore. I thought it was headed for the trash but I decided to call Keurig in case there was anything we could trouble shoot together. We tried a few things but nothing worked. They said the warranty had just expired but would replace my Keurig with a new one! I was so surprised and pleased. They sent me a shipping tag the next day. I boxed it up and took it to UPS. Within 10 days I had a brand new coffee machine! So happy!
I received this coffee maker as a Christmas gift in 2020. The first time I tried to descale it, after having it about 6 months, it smelled like it overheated and then would not come back on. Keurig sent me a brand new one which was really nice. The second one did the exact same thing about a month ago, I had only been using it less than a year. Keurig again replaced it I am grateful that Keurig honors their warranty on their products but I feel like maybe there’s a design flaw in this particular model. I am only allowed to get the exact same replacement model so we’ll see how this 3rd one does.
