I’ve only had it about a week. My only issue is the add water error comes on randomly, even with the reservoir full. I made one cup and without touching the reservoir attempted to make another cup. The error message came on and I reset the brew and it made the second cup. Other than that I love it.
My 4 month old Kuerig "broke" after de-scaling. I contact Kuerig and they, upon receipt of purchase documentation, replaced my coffee maker. While I am not that impressed with the maker (quit working after 4 months) I am very impressed with the service I received after I reported the problem - they replaced the machine with a new coffee maker. As to the coffee maker, the jury is still out. As to warranting their product, I am very impressed with the company. Contact me in a couple of years & I will let you know what I feel about the product itself.
I have had 7 Keurig brewers in 8 years. Most of them have been replaced for free under the warranty because they suddenly stop working before the year is up. The multi stream brewers seem to be particularly prone to defects. Just received my third in less than a year. Brewing fine one cup and then won’t produce more than an ounce of water on a brew, rinse and/or descale.
Received this new Keurig machine within one week of calling in about my original machine no longer working. Customer service was fast, easy, and helpful. Best experience dealing with a warranty. We love the coffee with this model.
My coffee maker stopped working within the warranty timeframe. I called the company and they sent a replacement immediately. Wonderful service and great product.
