Exceptional customer service!

My Keurig would not turn on anymore. I thought it was headed for the trash but I decided to call Keurig in case there was anything we could trouble shoot together. We tried a few things but nothing worked. They said the warranty had just expired but would replace my Keurig with a new one! I was so surprised and pleased. They sent me a shipping tag the next day. I boxed it up and took it to UPS. Within 10 days I had a brand new coffee machine! So happy!

I received this coffee maker as a Christmas gift in 2020. The first time I tried to descale it, after having it about 6 months, it smelled like it overheated and then would not come back on. Keurig sent me a brand new one which was really nice.
The second one did the exact same thing about a month ago, I had only been using it less than a year. Keurig again replaced it
I am grateful that Keurig honors their warranty on their products but I feel like maybe there’s a design flaw in this particular model. I am only allowed to get the exact same replacement model so we’ll see how this 3rd one does.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased one a year and a half ago. Since then the descale message never goes away. Ready the call keurig once again for replacement.

We were very happy with our Keurig K-Supreme Plus, but it completely died 11 months in. Customer service was very helpful and because it was still under warranty, they happily shipped a replacement.
