I purchased this Keurig last year in March so it was out of warranty. Keurig customer service decided to replace it free of charge. We love our Keurig and wake every morning eager for our coffee.
We had our Keurig for about 6 months. After de-scaling, it quit completely so I called customer service. Without any crazy questions or requests for tons of information, the customer service rep apologized for any inconvenience the breakdown might have caused and immediately offered to send a brand-new replacement. It arrived in about a week at my front door!! Fantastic!! Thanks again for making this so easy for me!!
My Keurig was a gift from my father in law and i was descaling it and it all of a sudden didn't turn back on. I called Keurig and we tried several different trouble shooting things and it still wouldn't turn back on and the replaced with no questions asked. I would highly recommend this company and products.
I bought it from target they were giving me a rough way to go it was still under warranty so I called the manufacturer and I just had to verify a few information that I owned it and they automatically sent me out a new one that is very appreciated specially when it’s expensive coffee maker
