When I called to report my issue with my K-Supreme Plus the service people were very helpful and I appreciated all they done. The replacement showed within a few days.
We have just met and been on a few dates. Enjoyed some good mornings so far. Not sure if this is a lasting relationship. Get back to me in about 6 months to see if we are still enjoying our time together and have a lasting relationship.
My original K-Supreme Plus recently stopped working, it was less then a year old. I was disappointed that it suddenly stopped working I called Customer Service and spoke with a nice gentleman who’s name was Jesse B.He did the diagnostics on my machine and after confirming that my original K-Supreme was indeed defective, he stated to me that he would be sending me a new K-Suprene Plus brewer. Long story short, it wasn’t long before I received my new K supreme plus.. I can say that I am very happy with my new K K coffee maker and very pleased with the service I received! Thank you Jesse B. for your great Customer Service!
This is about the fourth replacement sent while under warranty. They have been lasting about 3 to 4 months before the heating elements burn out and and the entire unit dies. Never had any issues with the prior models.
We purchased a K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker and it stopped working. We called in and went through the steps to try to get it working, but were not successful. A new coffee maker arrived about two business days later via UPS.
