I had used my Keurig for 11 months when it quit working. It actually stopped in the middle of brewing a cup. I called customer service and without hesitation they replaced it! I am very impressed with the service that I received and will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.
I upgraded from Keurig 2.0 to the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve, the temperature control is great, and the device is so much more compact and makes a great cup of coffee. Also, the water container is much easier to fill. I got great service from the Warranty center. but no one's told me what to do with my old product.
We have had our K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker for about six months and it functioned perfectly. Then all of a sudden it wouldn’t turn on. I worked with a Keurig representative over the phone and after going through several protocols he determined we should have a new replacement. He worked with me on the proper communication with Keurig for a replacement. The new machine arrived in about ten days and it works perfectly. Very satisfied.
