I cannot give a good for this product as it only lasted 2 months. However I can give a very good review for the warranty claim service provided. The defective was replaced in a week. If this one lasts then I might be able to give a satisfactory review
I’ve had a Keurig for over 12 years. First one lasted almost 11 years. Bought the K-supreme and was happy, until 3-4 months it said descale after I did it a week be fore. Then only brew 4 oz. Tried it all from the web site. You replaced,which was great.now, it did it again in 3-4 months. Descale won’t go,away and only brew maybe 4oz. You replaced again, which I’m grateful…not sure of the issue
We had a percolator before purchasing our first Keurig in Dec 2021. After experiencing the ease of use and less a mess to cleanup, I’m wondering what took us so long to give in and make the Keurig purchase. No more coffee filters, cleaning a nasty hot coffee pot or dealing with all those used grounds. The best part, we both get to choose the flavor we enjoy the most! Thank you Keurig for making my morning coffee so much more enjoyable
I had the supreme plus coffee maker and it started acting up and eventually just stop working. I was so disappointed. I loved that coffee maker. My first thought was just to go out and buy a different brand coffee marker. I decided to call keurig customer service. I was so impressed how they stand behind their brand. I ended up sending my old one back and they sent me a new one.
Called with a power issue and Customer Service took care of us. We came home from a short vacation and found a problem with the coffee maker. Since it was fairly new I called them and they promptly gave me instructions on information they needed to allow for a replacement. I sent documents and pictures and they shipped us a new unit the next day. Great response to get us brewing again.
