We have had our K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker for about six months and it functioned perfectly. Then all of a sudden it wouldn’t turn on. I worked with a Keurig representative over the phone and after going through several protocols he determined we should have a new replacement. He worked with me on the proper communication with Keurig for a replacement. The new machine arrived in about ten days and it works perfectly. Very satisfied.
Great unit. Didn't need the smart Technology?? I didn't feel it was smart technology when y You have to reconnect to the brewer after you shut down your computer. If you didn't care about how much energy your wasting by not shutting down your computer every night. You then have to go through the connection issue with you brewer. It wasn't worth the hassle. Without the smart technology the brewer is great. No problems..
I had this model replaced with 2 others all 3 failed. All with the same problems. Not going to try another only to be disappointed. Maybe a different model. my sister has a different model and hers works great is the reason I purchased a Keurig.
Keurig has customer service down pat, they set the standard for how a successful company cares for it’s customers. With Keurig you can rest assured you have the best available & know Keurig has your back.
I received this replacement because the first one had a defect. This machine also has a defect. I cannot set the presets because it always defaults to 8 cups. Other than this problem it works well and as always makes the best coffee.
