Makes a mess!

I cannot believe the amount of splatter this makes. Ugh! The countertop and the fridge next to it are covered every day with coffee spray (and sometimes tea, too). I am also disappointed in the grounds in my coffee. This has not happened every day, but it has happened more than once. In my opinion, this model needs some fine tuning. Or perhaps I got a "lemon"?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using a Keurig system for close to 15 years. The K-Supreme is by far the best unit I have owned. My Keurig 2.0 bit the dust. I took advantage of the create a bundle deal. Saved money on the coffee maker, got a great deal on my favorite pods. I love the new water reservoir. it is easy to detach and fill, holds a whopping 78oz. The maker is sleek and modern looking. Fits into my coffee garage perfectly. There is no clock on this maker, it isn't needed, as soon as you lift the pod holder it turns on and is ready to brew. The ability to select size, brew strength and temperature is awesome, you can program 3 settings - my personal preference is 12 oz, med strength, max temp. Hold down one of the 3 favorite settings the first time you make your selection, then just press that button and hit the big K button for the perfect cup of coffee. The max temp gives you hot enough coffee to add cold creamer and still enjoy a really hot cup of coffee. No more warming the creamer in the microwave to achieve the same results. The pods are pierced multiple times on the top, allowing all of the grounds to be used more completely. I have had this unit for a little over a week, made about 25 cups of coffee - I have not had any grounds in them. No splattering, as some reviews I read before buying warned against. So far I couldn't be happier.

We purchased the K-Supreme Plus to take with us on vacation, but loved it so much that we will switch with the Keurig we have at home. We especially like the brew strength feature.

Best Keurig ever

I have had this brewer for about 2 months and I LOVE it. It is so attractive in design and hands down the best coffee I have ever brewed with a Keurig. I love that is says "enjoy" at the end of the brew. Maybe all Keurig's do this but I have never noticed. I don't typically hang around the brewer after my brew is complete....haha

I have tried to clean and troubleshoot my machine but every time my coffee tastes terrible and watered down. It is also not brewing the correct ounces.
