My my 4 month old Keurig stopped working all of a sudden. It took me a week to build up the nerve to call them to see what could be done. I finally made the call and within 15 minutes they had me all set up to receive a replacement! It had to be one of the easiest calls I have had to made! Thank you, you have earned a customer for life with the service I was given. I am back to enjoying my coffee every day
My K-Supreme showed it needed descaling. I followed instructions and the motor must have burnt out. It stopped working. I called Keurig and I had a new replacement within a week.
Very pleased with the way customer service handled my call and honored the warranty. The rep was very helpful with trouble shooting prior to determining it needed to be replaced.
When the coffee maker is working it is ideal for my use. Although, I had to purchase/exchange 3 K-Supreme/Plus in less than 2 years. Not sure reliability would make your the first star on your rating.
My unit stopped working but they did a quick check with me over the phone and when it wouldn't power up, they quickly replaced it. Came in less than a week. New unit working fine. Thanks. I gave the quality a 4 simply because it stopped working after a few months but very happy it was easy to get the replacement.
Company stands behind their product and warranty service. This is my 4th coffee maker previous models given to family members each time I upgrade. Theirs are working fine.
