Our first one died mid-brew. There's apparently a known power component issue in this model. They asked me to send them the serial number and receipt, which we had a scanned copy of, and they sent us a new one (same exact model) which came quickly. We love the 3 programable setting buttons. Set your temperature and stgrength preferences once, thereafter you only have to hit one button and then the brew button and you're good.
I had used my Keurig for 11 months when it quit working. It actually stopped in the middle of brewing a cup. I called customer service and without hesitation they replaced it! I am very impressed with the service that I received and will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.
I upgraded from Keurig 2.0 to the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve, the temperature control is great, and the device is so much more compact and makes a great cup of coffee. Also, the water container is much easier to fill. I got great service from the Warranty center. but no one's told me what to do with my old product.
