I bought the Supreme plus brewer in January 2021 and used filtered water and descaled as indicated - today it quit. Light won’t even come on. Tried a different outlet, no luck.
I was going to buy a replacement until I saw all the reviews from people with the same problem!!
Guess I’ll be investigating other options. It’s a shame really, I love these brewers and have used them and gifted them for many years. No more.

I purchased a K-Supreme Plus last year. It is in a seasonal home so was used for 6 months and then sat for 6 months. When I returned and tried to make coffee it was totally dead. I was about a week past a year of ownership and figured I was out of luck. Keurig was very gracious, honored the warranty and sent me a brand new replacement coffee maker. I love the machine and now, thanks to good, understanding service, I’m a true fan of the Keurig company. And best of all, it only took one phone call from me and then one email to send pictures of my receipt. Could not have been easier.

I purchased my K-Supreme coffee maker about 6 months ago and It stopped working. Called Keurig and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was covered under warranty and that they would be sending a new one. I love this new coffee maker as I loved the old one, it makes great coffee and I love the customizable button which also makes it so fast. Thank you.
