My K-Supreme Plus is a great coffee maker but 10 months after buying it, it quit. I called on a Sunday and a friendly customer service agent picked up right away. She was professional and knowledgeable. After asking me to do a few things, she said she would replace it. 48 hours later it arrived and I was having great coffee again. Keurig I am and will remain a loyal customer. Thank you!
We love this coffee maker. Unfortunately, we bought one in November 2021 and while descaling, it stopped working. I called Kerrigan and they were able to find the model and s/n under warranty and replaced it quickly at no charge to me. Great customer service and a great coffee maker with features we love (side water reservoir and ability to personalize strength and temperature for each user). We would purchase another in a heartbeat!
Reason for replacement: (1) descaling notification never went off after descaling performed followed by way above recommended rinse volume and (2) temp not as expected based on previous Keurig product even on high setting. Don’t know if descaling problem is fixed since don’t need to descale yet. Temp not fixed. Only middle temp on high setting. Cools very rapidly then and always have to microwave before drinking.
I was hoping for a brewer that would yield a strong, European style cup of coffee. Even with Italian Roast K-cups and the Strength set to maximum, this machine makes a very American cup - plus it takes a real long time to brew a cup when set to max strength. It looks good, not like precious Keurig machines that looked like they were styled bt Fisher-Price, but still doesn't make a very good coffee.
My originally purchased K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker stopped working after one year, but Keurig customer service replaced with a new coffee maker. I had my replacement in 3 calendar days, I love the convenience of our Keurig.
