I bought the K-Supreme Plus coffee maker about 3 months ago and it was great. However, it then just stopped working; I couldn't even get it to turn on. After confirming that the problem was not with the electrical socket, I called Keurig for troubleshooting help. The company rep suggested a few things I had already tried, so at that point she said that since the coffee maker was under warranty, Keurig would send me a replacement; all I needed to do was send them a proof of purchase. Within just a few days, the replacement arrived.
I have been using various Keurig models for the past 10 years. This is my 4th. One for our home and one in each of our offices! It is safe to say both of us can't live without our Keurig machines. Specifically speaking about our latest K-Supreme Plus model, it is the best when it comes to features & functionality. I love the fact it has 3 brew strength settings & 3 temperature settings. To this add the various sizes, I get huge number of coffee Believe it or not, I lugged our K-Supreme Plus all the way to India for our most recent trip!
